XAVIER PAREJA
With just 27 years old, Xavier Pareja has already made a significant impact in the world of sports. Graduated in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, as well as in Primary Education, his passion and dedication have led him to obtain a master's degree in Secondary Education teaching, complemented with certifications such as UEFA B coach and football club coordinator.
His career has been built on the foundation of hard work and direct experience. From coaching roles in the youth divisions of Spanish clubs to his outstanding work in the FC Barcelona academy, Xavier has shaped talents and coordinated international events in the United States and South America. Currently, as a partner at X&I Sports Events, his vision and experience enrich every project we undertake.
IVAN FERNÁNDEZ
At 32 years of age, Ivan Fernández embodies sporting excellence in every facet of his career. Graduated in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, with master's degrees in Physical Education teaching and high performance in team sports, he has obtained certifications as a UEFA A coach and in training load monitoring for footballers.
From his days as a soccer player in the youth ranks of Girona FC to his recognition as Florida Coach of the Year in 2023, Ivan has cultivated a deep understanding of the game and exceptional ability to guide young talents to success. As a partner at X&I Sports Events, his experience as a semi-professional player and coach is an invaluable asset for those seeking to reach their full potential in the sport.
